The Role

We are looking for a skilled Production Welder to join our team and help us maintain the high standards of durability and performance that our clients in the agricultural, construction, and oil industries rely on.
This isn't just about running beads; it’s about precision, consistency, and taking pride in the work that matters. You will be a vital part of our local team, working on everything from custom one-off builds to small-batch production.
What You’ll Be Doing

Execute High-Quality Welds: Perform structural welding on a variety of steel components using processes such as GMAW (MIG) and FCAW.

Maintain Precision: Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure every fixture, bracket, and assembly is fabricated to exact tolerances.

Collaborate for Quality: Work closely with our machining and engineering departments to troubleshoot fit-ups and improve production efficiency.

Uphold Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, ensuring all work meets our "quality-first" company mindset.

Support Production Goals: Efficiently manage your workflow to ensure projects move from fabrication to delivery on time and to spec.
What You Bring

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in structural welding; familiarity with CNC-machined components is a strong asset.

Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols with high accuracy.
