Our Story

About Empire

Empire Welding and Machining Ltd., was founded by the Esquirol family in 1986 in the city of North Battleford, Saskatchewan and is currently headed by company President, Joseph Esquirol. We initially started as a repair shop that worked on everything from shaft rebuilds, to repairing frames on trailers and even remaking broken parts that were obsolete.

After listening to customers and hearing about their other issues around the farm, Empire started designing and creating their own line of products to help address those needs. Today, Empire has numerous products to offer for the Agriculture, Construction, and Oil Industries.
